PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein when playing an automated violin while using a joint sound source with other kinds of instruments, the volume or the tone of accompanying instruments cannot be reproduced sufficiently. SOLUTION: In the superimposed play apparatus, sound signals of the same sound source are branched, violin is automatically played by one sound signal, and a dynamic speaker is sounded by the other sound signal; further, the volume of the both is balanced properly to superimpose the sounds of real play, created by the automatic violin, from a high-frequency band via an ultrasonic band, with faithful sound accompanied by the tone or the echo original for a player or a used instrument in audible bands reproduced by the dynamic speaker and the volume and tone of the accompaniment instruments, and the advantages of the both are added to present sound source reproduction effects with high degree of reality for actual play.
