PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice packaging bag which is not easily split during conveyance, but can be opened without using any opening tool. SOLUTION: One perforation 9 is formed from a sealing part 6 formed in the vicinity of a short side 4A toward the center 7. The bag body can be prevented from being split during conveyance, and the bag body can be opened by splitting the perforations 9 without using any opening tool. The angle formed by the perforations 9 and the sealing part 6 is 100 to 120 degrees.
