PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve low temperature fixability, blocking resistance and printing durability of toner, to provide a binder resin containing an ester wax for improving low temperature fixability, blocking resistance and printing durability, and to provide toner containing the binder resin and having excellent low temperature fixability, blocking resistance and printing durability. SOLUTION: Polyglycerol esters of fatty acids contain a structural fatty acid comprising a saturated fatty acid of 16 to 22 carbon atoms, and is synthesized by one or more kinds of acid-base catalysts of (ortho)phosphoric acid, polyphosphoric acid, acid phosphate ester. 10 percent by weight of an aqueous dispersion has pH of 5 to 7. By compounding the polyglycerin fatty acid ester with the toner, the low temperature fixability, blocking resistance and printing durability of the toner are improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
