PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that sealing performance of a seal component varies in a circumferential direction and the nearly homogeneous sealing performance throughout a circumferential direction cannot be obtained. SOLUTION: A component measuring device includes an upper case 7 having a first engagement groove, a middle case 9 having a second engagement groove, and a continuously endless cross-shaped seal 80 disposed between both cases. The cross-shaped seal has a first ridge 80a engaged in the first engagement groove 71 and continuing in the circumferential direction, a second ridge 80b engaged in the second engagement groove 72 and continuing in the circumferential direction, and a sealing portion 80c disposed between the first and second cases and continuing in the circumferential direction. The first ridge 80a has an elastic protrusion 82 which is elastically transformed while being engaged in the second engagement groove, and presses the other side surface toward a side surface of the first engagement groove. The second ridge 80b has an elastic protrusion 84 which is elastically transformed while being engaged in the second engagement groove, and presses the other side surface toward a side surface of the second engagement groove.
