PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar concentrating system capable of improving light collecting efficiency in a light receiving part while reducing manufacturing costs. SOLUTION: The solar concentrating system includes: a primary mirror 31 reflecting solar beams; a light-collecting heat-receiving device 10 receiving reflected light from the primary mirror 31; and an optical path arranged between the primary mirror 31 and the light-collecting heat-receiving device 10 and guiding the reflected light from the primary mirror 31 to the light-collecting heat-receiving device 10. The primary mirror 31 includes a focus, and the optical path includes a light collecting lens 32 converting light beams collected at the focus to parallel light and a secondary mirror 33 for guiding the parallel light to the light-collecting heat-receiving device 10.
