PURPOSE: A lamp driving device is provided to prevent a driving circuit from being damaged by efficiently limiting a charge current when one or more condensers are charged to attenuate a high frequency included in an input voltage and smooth the input voltage. CONSTITUTION: A lamp driving device(100) includes a rectifier(110), a current limiting unit(120), a filter unit(130), and a lamp driver(140). The rectifier rectifies the input voltage. The current limiting unit senses the charging current and limits the sensed current value below the maximum current value. The filter unit smooths the input voltage rectified by charging and discharging. The lamp driver supplies the smoothed driving current to a lamp(20). |
