PURPOSE: An urban space image processing device is provided to establish a road facility geographic information without expensive device be using vector conversion from a stereo image according to the movement route of a moving measuring device. CONSTITUTION: A moving path generating unit(131) generates a moving path of a moving measuring device(110). A target image extracting unit(132) extracts a target image from a pre-constructed urban space geographic information database(120). A corresponding area extracting unit(133) extracts corresponding area of a stereo image which is matched in the extracting target image from a stereo image of each location coordination of moving path. An urban space geographic information generating unit obtains location information and size information of an object in the corresponding area.
