PURPOSE: A warmth mat apparatus for an outdoor place is provided, which keeps a mat warm by supplying steam vapor generated from hot water to a steam circulation pipe. CONSTITUTION: A warmth mat apparatus for an outdoor place comprises: a vapor supply device for supplying the steam vapor to a warmth mat; and a warmth mat(10) which generates warmth by circulating steam vapor provided from the vapor supply device. The length of an upper plate(11) and a lower plate is long and the width thereof is narrow in order to be settled in the seat plate and back plate of a chair. In the lower part of the upper plate, a zipper(15) fastened by a slide fastener(16) is formed long.
