<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resonance type PAM inverter power supply device for a corona discharge processing device that is not affected by variations in commercial power supply, has a variable peak value, and supplies a high quality single-phase AC voltage. <P>SOLUTION: A three-phase bridge rectifier (3) is connected to a commercial three-phase AC power supply (2) so as to obtain a first DC voltage. A chopper circuit (4) is provided on the downstream side of the three-phase bridge rectifier (3) so as to transform the first DC voltage into a desired second DC voltage. The second DC voltage is converted into a single-phase AC voltage by an inverter circuit (5) so as to supply the single-phase AC voltage to a corona discharge processing mechanism (40). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
