PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve usability of an electrostatic atomizer, with respect to the electrostatic atomizer. SOLUTION: This electrostatic atomizer includes a body case 1 having a supply opening 2 and an intake 3, and an air distributing means 4 disposed in the body case 1 for distributing the air from the intake 3 to the supply opening 2, an electrostatic atomizing means 6 is disposed in a leeward-side air trunk of the air distributing means 4, wherein the supply opening 2 is provided with a wind direction louver 18 manually rotated to be opened and closed, and a first space 19 is formed between the wind direction louver 18 and a peripheral edge of the supply opening 2 when the wind direction louver 18 is closed.
