PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack which can structure an output terminal with a simple structure. SOLUTION: THe battery pack 1 includes a protection circuit 11 and a cover 13 mounted on a unit cell 2, and the protection circuit 11 is housed in the cover 13. An output terminal 12a is joined to the protection circuit 11. The output terminal 12a is exposed from the cover 13, and one output terminal, out of the pair of output terminals of a positive electrode and negative electrode, is the output terminal 12a connected to the protection circuit, and the other output terminal is a part of the unit cell 2. Thereby, a terminal part composed of a contact pad and a terminal of resin moldings are not required.
