SUSPICIOUS BEHAVIOR DETECTION METHOD AND SUSPICIOUS BEHAVIOR DETECTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspicious behavior detection method and a suspicious behavior detector which prevent misdetection of suspicious behavior even for monitor targets of various and complex behavior patterns in a wide area in which it is difficult to define suspicious (abnormal) behavior using occurrence locations, time and movements. SOLUTION: The suspicious behavior detector has a tracer 21 which traces a person included in images inputted from a camera 11, a first determination part 25a which determines whether or not behavior of the person traced by the tracer 21 is extraordinary deviating from normal behavior patterns, a second determination part 25b which determines whether or not behavior of the person is specific, and a suspicious behavior determination part 25c which detects suspicious behavior of the person based on the determination results of the first and second determination parts.
