<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a counterfeit preventing structure which provides: a first region comprising a pattern reflection layer; and a second region comprising a part of a pattern optical layer having an optical effect, with sufficient position accuracy, is high in design, and confirms various changes in the second region with sufficient visibility, and also to provide a method for manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The counterfeit preventing structure includes: the pattern reflection layer having a predetermined shape; and the pattern optical layer having a shape similar to this pattern reflection layer and a pattern dimension larger than the pattern reflection layer at least laminated on a transparent support substrate in this order. The whole pattern reflection layer is covered with the pattern optical layer, and only the second region comprising a part of the pattern optical layer located in the peripheral part of the first region comprising the pattern reflection layer provided is differently observed from other region by irradiation of an electromagnetic wave when being observed from the support substrate side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
