PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glow plug power distribution control device suppressing the total amount of current in starting without impairing quick heating performance of a low-rated glow plug. SOLUTION: In this glow plug power distribution control device 1, a DCU (Drive Control Unit) transmits a drive signal to each semiconductor switching element while shifting by (1/n)T<SB>SI</SB>, and an ECU (Electronic Control Unit) includes an initial power distribution processing means S120 performing initial power distribution processing for suppressing the total current in the initial stage of power distribution, and an initial power distribution processing necessity determination means S110 determining the necessity of the initial power distribution processing. The initial power distribution processing means S110 is provided with a temporary duty power distribution means S130 performing power distribution to the glow plug at temporary duty being proportional to (1/n)T<SB>SI</SB>, a duty increase necessity determination means S140 determining the necessity of an increase in the temporary duty Td, and a duty gradually increasing means S150 gradually increasing the temporary duty Td.
