PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential cable assembly which can be achieved by applying simple processing to a differential transmission cable and further has no limitation in spatial arrangement. SOLUTION: Two inner conductors 2 insulated from each other are collectively covered with an outer conductor 3 to form a differential transmission cable 4, a metal conductor 5 is connected to each of the two inner conductors 2 of the differential transmission cable 4, and a sheet-like metal conductor 6 is connected to the outer conductor 3. The two metal conductors 5 constitute a dipole antenna, a length of the two metal conductors 5 is equal to a 1/4 wavelength of a high-frequency signal transmitted via the differential transmission cable 4, and an interval (d) between the two metal conductors 5 and the sheet-like metal conductor 6 is optimized so as to match input impedance of the dipole antenna constituted of the two metal conductors 5 with differential impedance of the differential transmission cable 4.
