PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imager capable of reducing fluctuation in the voltage between a gate and a source at an amplifier transistor. SOLUTION: The solid-state imager includes a current source for a source terminal, a voltage source for an inversion amplifier, a voltage source for a follower, and a current source for the inversion amplifier. The current source for the source terminal supplies bias currents to the source terminal side of the amplifier transistor through a vertical signal line. The voltage source for the inversion amplifier supplies a first reference voltage to the source terminal side of the amplifier transistor through the vertical signal line. The voltage source for the follower supplies a second reference voltage to the drain terminal side of the amplifier transistor. The current source for the inversion amplifier supplies bias current copied from the bias current supplied from the current source for the source terminal to the drain terminal side of the amplifier transistor. While the voltage source for the inversion amplifiers is connected to the vertical signal line and the current source for the inversion amplifiers is connected to the drain terminal side of the amplifier transistor, the gate terminal side of the amplifier transistor is connected the drain terminal side of the amplifier transistor through a reset transistor to determine a reset voltage of the gate terminal of the amplifier transistor.
