PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door mechanism for a double-door type sealed container, which can open/close the front and rear doors by a single drive motor. SOLUTION: The door mechanism for the double door type sealed container is configured such that a container body having a front opening and a rear opening is opened/closed by vertically movable front and rear doors by means of a drive motor, a drive sprocket rotated and driven, and a chain driven by engaging with the sprocket. In this mechanism, the front and rear doors 4 and 5 are connected together at the top of the container body 3 by means of the common chain 19. A front door guide 20 and a rear door guide 21, which guide the common chain 19, are provided at the top of the container body 3 so as to correspond to the front door 1 and rear door 2. A common drive motor 24 for driving the common chain 19 is provided, via the drive sprocket 23 that engages with the common chain 19, between the front door guide 20 and the rear door guide 21.
