PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fit properties for a groin from a crotch to an inner side surface of a thigh. SOLUTION: Such a structure is employed that: a plurality of groin part elastic expanding and contracting members 13 are juxtaposed, respectively, on both sides of a central line in a width direction of a diaper between a back sheet 1 and an exterior sheet 12 on both sides of the central line in the width direction of the diaper in such a manner to extend in the longitudinal direction from an abdominal side part F to a back side part B through the crotch part and to make at least a part located in the crotch part pass through a region overlapping with both side parts of an absorber 3; a slit 3X opening with a front end which reaches a rim of the absorber 3 is formed along a direction in which the member 13 passes in a part or the entire part where the member 13 passes in both side parts of the absorber 3; and at least one of the members 13 is disposed so as to pass through the region overlapping with the absorber 3 in the outside in a width direction of the area of the slit 3X.
