PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed chemical-spraying device efficiently foaming a chemical in a homogeneous concentration and spraying the foam. SOLUTION: The foamed chemical-spraying device includes a spraying boom (11) having many spraying nozzles (14, ...) installed therein, and foam-producing means (21) installed so as to cover the spraying nozzles (14, ...). The foam-producing means is constituted of a cylindrical body (21a) having a prescribed length, and a perforated plate (21b) attached to the end side of the cylindrical body (21a), and the longitudinal direction of the cylindrical body (21a) is arranged so as to follow the spraying direction of the chemical by the spraying nozzles (14, ...). The chemical in a chemical tank (9) is forcefully fed by a preventive pump (24) to the spraying boom (11), and air is sent from the base side to the end side of the cylindrical body (21a) by a blower (26) so that the air may be blasted out from the perforated plate (21b).
