PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL display device which has a filler excluding bubbles and is of good display quality, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The organic EL display device includes an array substrate having a light emitting layer on one primary surface, a sealing substrate facing with a gap to the primary surface of the array substrate having the light emitting layer, a seal material arranged along an outer edge of a pair of substrates at the gap between the array substrate and the sealing substrate and formed with a material cured by a first curing means, and a filler arranged at an inner section surrounded by the seal material at the gap between the pair of substrates and arranged with the material cured with a second curing means.
