PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic material forming apparatus including a heating structure of a die by which the die is heated efficiently. SOLUTION: In the metallic material forming device in which the die 150 is housed and held in a cylindrical holder 130, the metallic material forming device includes the heating structure of the die 150, which is provided by laminating a plurality of heater plates 161 on the surface of which a heater wire 163 is laid, between the inner bottom surface of the cylindrical holder 130 and the outer bottom surface of the die 150.
