<p>The device (1) has housings (4) for arranging a transmission. Clamping unit carriages (13) or linear carriages are provided in outer levels and extended into inner levels. A toothed lever (12) or a winding rod stands in contact with a toothed wheel shaft (11) or a gear rim in other inner levels, where actuation of the wheel shaft or the gear rim is implemented for movement of clamping units (14) i.e. clamping jaws, in one of the latter levels using an actuator. The actuator is designed as a dual tooth slider (10) and/or a rotary ring.</p>
