<p>The device (1) has an applicator unit (10), and a holding unit (2) i.e. telescopic rod, connected with the applicator unit. A compensating device (3) compensates fluctuations of pressing force of manual force exerted on the applicator unit by the holding unit. The applicator unit comprises an applicator element e.g. sponge, brush, roller or spraying system. A cover element (13) is formed in an edge region of the applicator unit, with a coating made of PTFE. A connection element i.e. Velcro(RTM: hook-and-loop fastener) is provided at the application element and a base body (11).</p> |
