THIN FILM EVAPORATOR FOR WASTE LIQUID DISTILLATION

摘要

Method of distillation of liquid waste, mainly of waste oils, designed so that the liquid waste is fed into a falling film evaporator, in which distillation occurs from the thin liquid film moving downward by the action of gravitation, whereby vapours created at heated inner wall are collected at pressure 0.1 to 110 kPa and vapour temperature from 80° to 330°. The said falling film evaporator, be it of atmospheric or vacuum design, consists of a single, vertically disposed hollow distillation body (5) with inner evaporation surface (6), furthermore of a heated block (4) with heat being transferred to the outer heated surface of the hollow distillation body (5).
