Provided is a radio communication system which enables the suppression of the increase of the size of a device serving as a receiver, and the accurate estimation of an interference signal. Specifically provided is a radio communication system comprising a plurality of radio communication devices, wherein a master station transmits an interference signal measurement instruction that orders the start of the measurement of an interference signal to slave stations (2-1 to 2-N), and the master station and the slave stations (2-1 to 2-N) each stop the transmission of a signal for a given period and estimate the interference signal on the basis of a signal received during the given period.
