PURPOSE: A producing method of outer socks is provided to reduce the plantar shock by forming the socks in a compressed sponge form, and to secure the safety and the portability . CONSTITUTION: A producing method of outer socks comprises the following steps: cutting an outer socks shape; coating the surface of the outer socks(10) with a solution selected from the group consisting of neoprene, thiophene, polypropylene, polyethylene, and a polystylene sol solution; print-coating patterns(13) on the surface of the coated socks; firstly drying for 5~10minutes at 23~28deg C; secondly print-coating the patterns; secondly drying the socks for 5~10minutes for solidifying the patterns; and backstitching the outer socks. |
