<p>PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to reduce the driving voltage by reducing the electrical resistance from an organic layer to a first electrode by forming a conductive layer between the first electrode and the organic layer. CONSTITUTION: An organic layer(123) comprises a light emitting layer made of the organic luminous material. A semi-reflection layer(40) is formed on the organic layer. A conductor film(41) transmits a part of the light from the light emitting layer. A first electrode(121) reflects the light transmitted the conductor layer. A second electrode(122) transmits the light transmitting the semi-reflection layer.</p> |
