PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bioelectrode array which satisfactorily fits to a complicated shape of a living body such as a brain.

SOLUTION: A netlike bioelectrode array includes: a netlike flexible substrate wherein a plurality of gaps are formed; a plurality of electrodes which are arranged on the netlike flexible substrate at intervals; and a plurality of wires connected to the respective electrodes and extending along the netlike flexible substrate.
