<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component mounting device capable of always making a stable misregistration correction, wherein any calibration mark doesn't get in the way when incorporating an image by a substrate recognition camera and a component recognition camera under a mounting work of components. <P>SOLUTION: According to the electronic component mounting device, only when images necessary for making mutual misregistration corrections between coordinate systems are incorporated in a substrate recognition camera 2 and a component recognition camera 4, a calibration mark 12 is displayed on a transparent liquid crystal display panel 5. After an incorporation completion of the images, a display of the calibration mark 12 is terminated, and the liquid crystal display panel 5 is restored to a transparent state. It is not necessary to remove any member supporting the calibration mark 12, so that correction processing is easily performed. There is also canceled such a trouble that any misregistration is generated in a mounting position of the calibration mark 12 by removing the member supporting the calibration mark 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
