<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely detect unbalanced vibration in a dewatering operation of a washing machine, to calculate an unbalance position and an amount thereof, and to reduce vibration and a noise in the dewatering operation by carrying out control based on a result thereof. <P>SOLUTION: This washing and drying machine includes an unbalance position calculating means for calculating the unbalance position of a deviation position of clothes, based on an output from a vibration detecting means, and an unbalance amount calculating means for calculating the unbalance amount of a deviation amount of the clothes, based on the output, and controls a driving means in the dewatering operation, based on outputs from the two calculating means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
