PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To charge electronic apparatus by efficient use of energy of batteries in chargers for allowing a non-contact charge operation to the electronic apparatus by batteries. SOLUTION: The charger includes a secondary battery d154; an AC/DC adaptor 170; a secondary battery d154, a power switch SW152 that uses the output of the adaptor as a power supply of the charger, when the AC/DC adaptor 170 is being connected, and using the output of the secondary battery d154 as a power supply, when the adaptor is not being connected, a primary coil 142; a driver circuit 144; a FlashRom 140a; and a communication circuit d146. When the secondary battery d154 is used as a power supply by the power switch SW152 at power transmission to the electronic equipment, drive conditions according to an ID received by the communication circuit d146 are read from the FlashRom 140a and the primary coil 142 is driven.
