PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation apparatus or the like for an image processing circuit, in which qualitative and quantitative evaluations of effects of a result of image processing to a moving image by viewing can be facilitated. SOLUTION: The simulation apparatus 1 for the image processing circuit simulates operation of the image processing circuit performing image processing on a moving image constituted of a plurality of frame images. The simulation apparatus includes: an image processing module comprising a function corresponding to the image processing circuit; a module execution means 63 for executing the image processing module and performing the image processing onto each of the frame images; a result grouping execution means 66 for performing grouping on image data on which the image processing has been performed by the image processing module executed by the module execution means 63; and a storage means for storing given arithmetic results for past frame-processed image data obtained by performing image processing on one frame or each of a plurality of frames prior to the relevant frame.
