PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging apparatus capable of preventing an amplification factor of an amplifier from being reduced due to effects of parasitic capacitance. SOLUTION: The solid-state imaging apparatus includes: a pixel which has a photoelectric transducer and outputs a pixel signal; and an amplifier for amplifying the pixel signal outputted by the pixel. The amplifier includes: an operational amplifier (10); an input capacitor (2) connected between an input terminal of the operational amplifier and the pixel; a feedback capacitor (3) connected between the input terminal and an output terminal of the operational amplifier; an initializing switch (1) connected between the input terminal and the output terminal of the operational amplifier; a first capacitor (4) connected in parallel with the feedback capacitor; a second capacitor (5) connected in parallel with the feedback capacitor; a first switch (7) connected between one terminal of the feedback capacitor and one terminal of the first capacitor; and a second switch (8) connected between one terminal of the first capacitor and one terminal of the second capacitor.
