<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable package for a tampon. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of the small packages each of which is for approximately one day's supply of the tampons are provided in a portable outer box. The tampons in the small package are provided in a row, and may be individually bonded to the bottom of the package. The small package may be tapered to facilitate the insertion of the small package into a small space such as a pocket or the like. The individual package may have an inner box covered by an outer sleeve movable from the inner box to permit ready access to the content of the inner box. A closure which is resistant to an inadvertent opening may be particularly formed at the tapered end of the tapered package. The closure may be configured so as to conceal its engaging elements. If desired, a feedback character such as an auditory or a tactile cue from the closure may be provided so that a user can notice that the closure firmly closes the package. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
