PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transaction control device for executing the update processing of a database corresponding to transaction processing to a database during a normal operation, and for reflecting the contents of the update. SOLUTION: The transaction control device includes: a DB management part 101 for specifying a plurality of databases to be executed by a transaction; a first transaction execution part 102 for executing the update processing of the database corresponding to the transaction; and a second transaction execution part 103 for executing the update processing to the other database excluding the one database based on the result of the update processing to the one database.
