A lamp structure having the functions of positioning and adjusting as well as waterproof and dustproof is provided, and the lamp structure has a pivot element (10) as the pivot interface provided between the lamp (20) and a lamp holder (30). The pivot element (10) has a disk (11) to separate the screws provied on the two ends. The inner screw (13) of the pivot element (10) inserts into the pivot hole (21) preinstalled on the lamp (20) from the outer side, and a nut (22) locks the inner screw (13) of the pivot element (10) from the inner side of the lamp (20), so as to realize the joint between the pivot element (10) and the lamp (20). When the pivot element (10) is assembled with the lamp (20), the sealing rings (23, 24) and the gaskets (25, 26) are provided on the inner side and the outer side of the lamp (20) respectively, so as to achieve the sealing relation between the pivot element (10) and the lamp (20). After the outer screw (14) of the pivot element (10) insertes into the pivot hole (31) preinstalled on the lamp holder (30), a dustproof nut (32) is used to lock the outer screw (14) and the lamp holder (30). The relative angle relationship between the lamp holder (30) and the lamp (20) can be adjusted after the dustproof nut (32) is loosened slightly, and with the help of the design of the sharp-pointed pointer (34) provided on the end of the lamp holder (30) and the scale on the disk (11) of the pivot element (10), precise fine turning of the angle positioning of the positioning point is very easy and quick to achieve. The pivotal adjustment function of the lamp holder (30) has nothing to do with the relation between the pivot element (10) and the lamp (20), so the waterproof and dustproof function can be maintained. |
