PURPOSE: An air-conditioner, which easily can control a switch element of a converter, is provided to reduce power loss by switching the switch elements by reducing the switching frequency of the switch element using an inductor for low frequency. CONSTITUTION: An air-conditioner comprises a rectifier(110), a converter(120), and a controller(140). The rectifier rectifies the inputted AC voltage to the rectifying voltage. The converter comprises an inductor and a switch element. The inductor abandons the input voltage according to the rectifying voltage. The switch element outputs the DC link voltage about the input current. |
