PURPOSE: A torque transfer cable of a driving device for a vehicle seat and a manufacturing thereof are provided to prevent noise in power transfer and to realize a compact seat driving device since the size of a power transfer member is maintained as before a coated layer is formed. CONSTITUTION: A torque transfer cable of a driving device for a vehicle seat comprises a cable core(122), a cover(121) and a connecting part. A plurality of wires are wound to form the cable core, and the cable core is able to be bent. The cover protects an area between both ends of the cable core, which is coupled to the cavity of a worm gear and the rotating shaft of a motor. The connecting part comprises a protrusion, which is formed on the center of the side of a square cross section. A coated layer(223) is formed on the surface of the connecting part. The cross section of the connecting part(222a) of the end of a cable has a polygon shape. The connecting part is inserted into the cavity shaft of the power transfer member to transfer power.
