PURPOSE: A compound containing 5-membered heterocycle and an organic electronic device using the same are provided to be used as a host material of phosphor dopant and hole injection material. CONSTITUTION: A compound is denoted by chemical formula 1 or 2. An organic electronic device contains one or more organic layers containing the compound of chemical formula 1 or 2. The organic layer is formed by solution process. The organic layer is a hole injection layer, hole transport layer, light emitting layer, electron transport layer, or electron injection layer. The organic electronic device is an organic light emitting diodes(OLED), organic solar cell, organic photo conductor(OPC) drum, organic transist(organic TFT), photodiode, organic laser, or laser diode.
