<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acne-preventing agent or an anti-obesity agent having a lipase-inhibiting activity. <P>SOLUTION: A composition contains a kudzu flower and a tea flower that synergistically exhibit a lipase-inhibiting effect. A kudzu flower extract is obtained by adding a solvent to a kudzu flower, a homogenate thereof or a powder thereof and extracting the same. A tea flower extract is obtained by adding a solvent to a tea flower, a homogenate thereof or a dry powder thereof and extracting the same.
