<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information that efficiently contributes to the improvement of an office work risk and in office work quality in each office. <P>SOLUTION: Paperwork data of each branch of a financial institution are analyzed by an office work quality alarm system 21, and a quality deterioration element in paperwork is extracted by an improvement plan management system 22. An occurrence factor for the deterioration element is acquired and displayed as a message. The improvement plan management system 22 analyzes an influence rate to the deterioration element, a load of cost applied to the improvement etc. for each occurrence factor, and calculates effect points, a predicted amount of loss etc. for weighting. The improvement plan management system 22 aggregates analysis data of occurrence factors in each branch, and based on the aggregated data, determines the candidates for deterioration factors to be corrected for reducing company-wide losses and names of branches for which improvement is needed, and then displays them on the monitor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
