<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying device having simple construction for accurately managing information on articles by reading information on ID tags regardless of the shapes of the articles placed thereon, while increasing the degree of freedom of the mounting positions of the ID tags and keeping a constant distance between the ID tag and an ID tag reading position to prevent a reading error even when handling the articles having different shapes on the same carrying line. <P>SOLUTION: An ID tag reader 120 is provided for reading the ID tags 130 of the articles being placed on carriages 110 and carried, near the carrying line. It includes an ID antenna 121 for reading information on the ID tags 130 in no contact therewith, and a moving mechanism 140 for movably supporting the ID antenna 121. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
