PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a marketed hook, and detect whether the hook is hung to a main rope. SOLUTION: A first trigger signal transmission unit 221 is provided in the main rope 220, and transmits a trigger signal of a first IC tag 105. When the hook 104 is attached to the main rope 220, the first IC tag 105 of the hook 104 transmits a first response signal. The first response signal is transmitted to a supervisor terminal 200 through a first response signal receiving unit 216. Accordingly, the supervisor terminal 200 can decide that the hook 104 is attached to the main rope 220 when receiving the first response signal, and can decide that the hook 104 is not attached to the main rope 220 when not receiving the first response signal.
