PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a problem on construction and structure in a beam-column joint part in a rigid-framed viaduct or the like of reinforced concrete structure. SOLUTION: End parts of upper side axial-directional reinforcements 11, 12 of a cross beam 3 are extended up to a root part of an overhung slab 7 in an outside of the beam-column joint part 5, when reinforcing the beam-column joint part 5 of a column top part, a cross beam end and a vertical beam, in reinforced concrete rigid-framed viaduct upper construction constructed with the overhung slab 7 along a bridge axial direction, and mechanical type fixing tools 11a, 12a are provided in the end parts to be fixed. A plurality of vertical reinforcements 13 is provided adjacently in a column main reinforcement 13 upper end having a direct reinforcement-like or mechanical type fixing part, between the extended reinforcement and the column top part.
