PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test container preventing excessive drying of a test piece. SOLUTION: The test container is equipped with: a generated gas mixing section to which and from which a sweep gas is supplied and discharged, respectively; and a test piece storage section that is disposed adjacent to the generated gas mixing section, has at least one small hole for discharging gas that is generated during a test to the generated gas mixing section, and seals the test piece for storage except the small hole.
