PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic encoder having an excellent accuracy by controlling an inductive voltage superposing on a detection signal conductor line pattern. SOLUTION: In a circuit board including a detection signal processing circuit which performs an angle operation by taking out a signal from a magnetism detection elements forming a pair by being attached to a position opposite to each other to an rotating axis, which detect the magnetic field of a permanent magnet attached to a rotating body, the conductor line pattern linking the magnetism detection elements and a signal processing part is formed in a concentric circle shape centered around the rotating axis.
