PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal structure for a coaxial cable, which can shorten the length in the axial line direction as well as easily carrying out terminal processing of the coaxial cable without using such as a special exclusive tool. SOLUTION: A terminal structure of the coaxial cable 1 has the outer circumference surface of an inner conductor 2 coated by an inner insulating layer 3, an outer circumference surface of the inner insulating layer coated by an outer conductor 4 and an outer circumference surface of the outer conductor coated by an outer insulating layer 5. The coaxial cable has a first cutting section 8 formed extending in the direction of circumference of the coaxial cable and disrupts the outer insulating layer and the outer conductor in the direction of the axial line O for the coaxial cable by cutting off at least the outer insulating layer and the outer conductor. Then, a filler member 9 having insulating property is arranged in the first cut section and a connecting terminal 10 composed of conductors that are respectively electrically conducted to the inner conductor and the outer conductor are included on an end surface of the coaxial cable.
