PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas turbine plant and a gasification fuel power generation facility including the same, reducing NOx while effectively charging moisture into fuel gas to maintain soundness of an apparatus. SOLUTION: This gas turbine plant 4 includes a gas turbine 5 provided with a combustor 5a for burning the fuel gas, and a diluent supply device 31 connected to the combustor 5a and supplying diluent for diluting the fuel gas. The diluent supply device 31 is provided with a diluent compressor 33 compressing the diluent and a moisture supply means 34.
