The present invention relates to a wheel fixture for a bicycle rack at which a bicycle is parked. More particularly, the present invention relates to a wheel fixture for a bicycle rack which keeps the bicycle from being turned over by the installation and fixation of an elastic means for elastically holding and supporting a wheel to a fixing frame which houses the rear wheel of the bicycle that is turned to be located at the upper side in case of parking the bicycle by the turning of the bicycle to be vertical through the insertion of a front wheel and the rear wheel of the bicycle and lifting up the frame of the rear wheel.
