The machine comprises a printing roller or drum (1a, 1b) and at least one printing group (50) including a system (2) of guides which are fixed in relation to said printing roller or drum, a first carriage (3) that can be displaced by the guide system (2) and is designed to carry a rubber-wrapped blanket roller or lining (5a) of variable size, a second carriage (6) that can be moved by the guide system (2) and is designed to carry a plate roller or lining (8a) of variable size, and a third carriage (9) that can be moved by the guide system (2) and carries an offset inking head (10). The head comprises devices for approximating the third carriage (9) to the plate roller (8a), identifying and fixing its working position in relation to the plate lining (8a), and adjusting the ink-suppling roller(s) in relation to the plate roller (8a).
